The Addressograph range of blank CR80 plastic cards has been designed to work in all modern PVC card printing applications: our cards are suitable for use in thermal transfer, dye sublimation, hot foil and lithographic printing.

We hold millions of blank cards in stock in the UK, so whatever your requirement, we probably have it:

PVC and PVC/PET composite cards.
760 or 600 micron thickness.
Hico / loco magnetic stripe and signature panel options.

Speciality cards - biodegradable, self-adhesive and thermal printable clear cards.

All Addressograph cards are made from 100% laminated plastic: we do not use paper cores.

keyfob cards

Addressograph coloured keyfob cards are a handy way to get your message straight into your customers' pockets. These CR80 cards are pre-punched and scored so that they can be printed in any ordinary card printer, then easily broken apart into three separate tags.

The 3-part keyfobs are available in white, metallic, matt and gloss black, and a full range of gloss colours, and are competitively priced. Contact us for price and delivery details.

manufacturing

Even the very best printing system cannot compensate for a poor quality card surface, and burrs or rough edges from the cutting process can cause untold damage to expensive printing equipment. That’s why all Addressograph cards are manufactured using the latest in card cutting and collating technology, and every single card is electronically tested for defects.

All cards from addressograph have:

smooth edges, free from burrs because cards are individually die-cut.
100% consistent colour: our coloured cards are made from coloured plastic, instead of a laminated white core, so even edge-on the colour is visible.
flawless finish using automatic collation and lamination.

packaging

Our cards are vacuum sealed in plastic and packed in flip-top cartons for maximum protection from dust and handling damage. For the convenience of our customers, all packaging is plain white, and unbranded. Unless otherwise specified, cards are packaged in quantities of 500.
